A lifelong Davis County resident, education leader, and community builder running to bring real results — not just rhetoric — to House District 14.
Born in Vernal and raised in Davis County since age three, Kara Toone has spent her entire life here — attending Viewmont High, earning degrees from Snow College and Weber State University, and completing a Master's in Public Policy from the University of Utah.
She and her husband Logan have lived in Clearfield since 2003 — more than two decades raising their four children in the same neighborhood. As Executive Director of Davis Education Foundation, she works daily to ensure every student in the district has the support they need.
